Bryn Hicks

Co-Founder

Hi! I’m Bryn, one of the founders of Affinity Organizing. I’ve always believed that the spaces we live in have a powerful impact on how we feel. A cluttered or chaotic environment can leave us feeling stressed and drained, while a well-organized space can bring a sense of calm. clarity, and confidence.

That’s where my affinity for organizing comes from, the opportunity to help people feel more at peace in their homes. With a degree in Interior Design, I bring both creativity and function to every project. I love designing systems that not only look great but also support your routines and lifestyle in a practical, lasting way.

Whether I’m organizing a cluttered pantry or reworking an entire room, I focus on solutions that make life easier and more enjoyable. I believe everyone deserves a home that feels good to live in.

When I’m not organizing, you’ll probably find me at my church, enjoying time with my friends and family, sipping coffee, or diving into a creative project!

Katie Cadman

Co-Founder

Hi, I’m Katie, co-founder of Affinity Organizing and a lifelong lover of all things tidy. I’ve been organizing since I was five, lining up toys, arranging drawers, and finding joy in bringing order to chaos. What began as a childhood habit grew into a real passion for helping others feel at peace in their homes.

To me, organizing is about more than just “stuff”. It’s about creating spaces that support your life and reflect who you are. Whether you’re overwhelmed by clutter or just need a system refresh, I bring a thoughtful, practical, and judgement-free approach to every project along with all the training I bring from my degree in Interior Design.

At Affinity Organizing, our goal is to make your home work for you. I’m here to simplify the process and create calm, functional spaces that give you more time and energy for what matters most.

Helping people feel more at ease in their homes is one of my greatest joys, and I’d love to do the same for you!

About Our Process

first steps

We’d love to hear about your project! To get started, send us an email at creating.order@affinityorganizing.com with a brief description of your space and what you’re hoping to achieve. Feel free to include photos of the areas you’d like help with, they’re always helpful! We’ll reach out as soon as possible to schedule your free consultation. If you’d prefer a phone call, just include your number in the email, and we’ll be happy to give you a call!

consultations

We’ll come to you, walk through your space, discuss your goals, and provide a quote. We conduct consultations in person because we value making personal connections with each of our clients. It also allows us to take accurate measurements and better tailor our services to your needs. Plus, we like to take before photos to track the transformation!

Securing our services

Following the consultation, we’ll put together a personalized proposal based on your space and preferences, using our “Good,” “Better,” and “Best” service options. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll send over a Letter of Agreement. A 20% deposit secures your booking, and we’ll be ready to get started!

finishing touches

Once your project is complete, we’ll take final photos to capture the transformation and walk through the space with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. At this time, the remaining balance will be due. We’ll also follow up about a month later to see how the systems are working for you and make any small adjustments if needed. Our goal is to create lasting organization that truly supports your lifestyle!
